In our homes, the bathroom is not only a place of convenience, one that we visit only in need. That may have been the case in the old days when not much attention was given in the beautification or construction of bathrooms. But why are bathrooms important? Because – apart from the bathrooms having their practical uses – it is a place where a person spends their time completely as themselves and by themselves. The living room is for fun and the bedrooms are for rest and relaxation, but the bathrooms are not only for brushing your teeth, taking a shower or doing the inevitable. It is a place where most people start their days at, where they plan their days ahead in the morning or contemplate the day that they spent at night; it is a place where they think, reminisce and hope.

Bathrooms in a modern home should be the perfect combination of practicality, beauty and whimsy. The perfect bathroom should be designed so that its occupants feel relaxed and pampered, and at the same time, fit to meet their every needs and demands.
